Sega Game Music II (セガ・ゲームミュージック・ソノシートII) is an album containing music from a variety of Sega arcade and Mark III games. It was released in September 1987, and as with its predecessor, Sega Game Music, it was distributed exclusively with Beep! Magazine on a double-sided flexi disc ("sonosheet").
The album contains tracks from Super Hang-On, Fantasy Zone II: The Tears of Opa-Opa and OutRun.
