Nobunaga no Yabou: Shouseiroku with Power-Up Kit (信長の野望 将星録 with パワーアップキット) is a 1999 game by Koei for the Sega Dreamcast. It is expanded version of Nobunaga no Yabou Shouseiroku, released a year earlier on the Sega Saturn — for some reason, Koei released the Power-Up Kit as a port rather than on the same console (which they did with other Power-Up Kits). The regular version of the game was not released on Dreamcast.
