Update ratings template

These pages are using a now deprecated version of Template:Ratings.

The new scheme is to add ratings in Magazine articles subpages (i.e. magazine information only needs to be typed once, not twice as was the case before).

If this is done, the only necessary text in game pages should be something like:

{{ratings|MD}}

Examples:

• Daytona USA/Magazine articles
• Disney's Aladdin/Magazine articles
• Sega Rally 2/Magazine articles

Or a better example:

• Line of Fire, Line of Fire/Magazine articles
