Normy's Beach Babe-O-Rama is a Sega Mega Drive action platform game developed by Realtime Associates and published by Electronic Arts. Based on the 1985 Norman Keith Robinson comic strip series Making It[6][7], it was first released in the United States and Europe in March 1994, and was also eventually brought to Australia.
A Japanese version, set to be published by Electronic Arts Victor, was planned for December 1993[8], but was cancelled.

Story
One day, the local beach bum Normy comes across six "Goddesses of the Beach" playing volleyball on the beach where he spends most of his time. Suddenly, a flying saucer appears and abducts all six women, taking them to different time periods. A pelican drops a scroll on Normy informing him that he is the hero who must rescue them. He is also given a bottle of "Space N' Time SPF 4" suntan lotion, which he can use to travel through time by rubbing it on his skin.
Gameplay
The game is a platforming game played as the beach bum Normy. He must rescue six "beach babes" who have been snatched by a UFO and taken to different time periods where they are held prisoner by different villains for their own sinister purposes. The game has cartoony visuals, and Normy sometimes reacts to things he encounters in the levels using thought balloons.
Normy moves with and . He can dash by pressing , which causes him to run forward. Dashing fills the dash gauge in the bottom left corner, and Normy stops dashing when the gauge is filled, so he can only run in short bursts. Pressing back on the D-Pad also stops running, while pressing slides on the ground (which can help Normy slip under obstructions). He can also slide without running by pressing +. The dash gauge lowers again when it is not used. Normy jumps by pressing and crouches by pressing . He jumps much farther when dashing. He can enter some entrances by standing in front of them and pressing , and he can climb ladders with and . Normy can collect numerous weapons over the course of the game, which he can use by pressing . Some weapons can be used while jumping or crouching. All weapons have unlimited uses. Weapons are the only way of harming enemies. The weapon is lost after completing a level, but new weapons are typically easily found.
Occasionally, a level presents a puzzle that Normy must solve in order to progress. A biplane with a banner reading "Get a clue" flies by when the player has reached a point that cannot be past without triggering an interaction in some way.
Normy has four health bars, which are initially green. When he takes damage from an enemy or hazard, he gets knocked back a little and the topmost health bar turns red. If he takes damage again, the topmost health bar is cleared. When all four health bars have been cleared, he loses a life, but he can revive at the last checkpoint if the player has extra lives left. He loses a life instantly if he falls into a bottomless pit (including water). He retains his weapon after losing a life. His health is not replenished when he starts a new level.
Weapons
Normy can only have one weapon at a time, so collecting a different one replaces his current weapon.
