MegaTech was a monthly video game magazine published in the United Kingdom between late-1991 and mid-1995. Published by EMAP, it was the first magazine dedicated specifically to the Sega Mega Drive (and later its add-ons, the Sega Mega-CD and Sega 32X).

MegaTech was staffed by former writers of Computer & Video Games and its spin-off Mean Machines, and would later be accompanied by Mean Machines Sega (which would also cover the Sega Master System, Sega Game Gear and later Sega Saturn). EMAP would also get official rights from Sega and launch Sega Magazine in 1993.

With so many Sega-related publications under its belt, the rights to MegaTech were sold to Maverick Magazines who kept the magazine in print for a further year. Maverick would find itself maintaining three similar Mega Drive publications during this time, after its purchase of Mega and the continuation of Sega Mega Drive Advanced Gaming, both of which had been launched to compete against MegaTech in 1992. All three would cease publication following the arrival of the Sega Saturn.
