Ancient is a video game developer which was founded April 1st of 1990. In addition to developing games it also composes music for them. It has worked on the 8-bit port of Sonic the Hedgehog and the Streets of Rage video game series. It has also worked on non-Sega properties such as Beyond Oasis, Car Battler Joe, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
