Nanatsu no Hikan: Senritsu no Bishou (七つの秘館 戦慄の微笑) is a Sega Dreamcast sequel to Nanatsu no Hikan.
Koei originally planned to release this game in North America (under the title of 7 Mansions: The Uncanny Grimace) during Summer 2000 - no such release ever materialised.
