This short article is in need of work. You can help Sega Retro by adding to it.
Tomsoft is the development alias of Taiwanese programmer Tommy Xie, a former programmer of Dragon Co. who developed SDKs for the Famicom and Sega Mega Drive and would make his own games. He left the unlicensed games industry in the mid-2000s and released his Mega Drive SDK to the public in 2008 (ironically by request of Super Fighter Team head Brandon Cobb) and has since moved on to start a graphics software company.
