Kodansha, Ltd. (講談社) is one of Japan's largest book publishers. They were responsible for developing and publishing a variety of video games, many of which were related to the properties they published. Their Sega Mega Drive games were published under the division Kodansha Research Institute and some of their Sega Saturn were published under the division ASK Kodansha.
