IndyCar Racing II is a PC racing game developed by Papyrus and published by Sierra Entertainment. It was due to be brought to the Sega Saturn but cancelled for unknown reasons.
Screenshots of a "30% complete" build of the game were sent to the press in late 1995, with Virgin Interactive, having presumably bought the rights, claiming the game would be released in early 1996[2].
