This arcade was opened some time after the unrelated [[Sega Megaworld Harrow]] opened, which was far larger and was about 15 minutes walk away from this venue. . It was housed on a single floor, with the video games and some gambling machines placed at the front of the arcade and the "[[Sega Casino (Venue)|Sega Casino]]" section featuring exclusively gambling machines at the back. Not long after becoming the 'Leisure Exchange' around 2006 or earlier, the venue became gambling only, and retained its Sega Casino sign. This venue was closed at an unknown date, likely around after October of 2012. The venue was later home to a Pawn Shop, and currently an E-Cigerette Store.

Sega Casino Harrow was an indoor Sega Park arcade located on 365 Station Road, Town Centre, Harrow, United Kingdom. It was located a 15-minute walk within the unrelated Sega Megaworld Harrow.

Very little is known about this venue and it's unknown when it opened or closed (although it was said to have opened sometime after Megaworld). By Circa 2001, the venue was listed on franchisee Leisure Exchange's website self-branded under their name, despite the "Sega Casino" sign outside the building.
