F-16 Fighter, known as F-16 Fighting Falcon (F-16 ファイティングファルコン) in Japan, is a 3D shoot-'em-up originally released by Nexa in arcades, and ported to the Sega Master System by Sega in 1985. It was initially released on a Sega Card before a cartridge version appeared in Europe. This game (and SG-1000 games) will not work on the Sega Mega Drive (or Genesis) due to the video modes.
