Entertainment Software Publishing Inc. is a company that partners with other companies to develop and publish games. During the Saturn years, games they co-published either were filed under the T-series number of the company they partnered with or given a special T-series number. With the Dreamcast, they were given their own T-series number, used for all the games they published except one.
