Megumi Rescue (め組レスキュー) is a Sega Master System breakout game developed and published by Sega. A port of the unreleased Aicom arcade game Megumi Rescue, it was released exclusively in Japan in July 1988, and requires the Sega Paddle Control to function properly.
Aicom would later release a Nintendo Family Computer port of the arcade game in 1989, titled Flying Hero.
