Falcon Co., Ltd. (株式会社ファルコン) is a Japanese video game developer, and owner of the home computer game publishing label Tierheit.[5][6]

Founded in December 1998 by husband and wife Kazuhiko Ito (伊藤和彦) and Midori Ito (伊藤みどり)[1][6], Falcon shared a close relationship with fellow developer Micro Cabin (with that company often doing programming work on Falcon's games.)

Falcon currently co-owns the intellectual property of former game developer Thinking Rabbit, developers of the critically-acclaimed puzzle game Sokoban.[7]
