Quest's involvement?
Did Quest actually co-develop this? It's not listed on their relatively-thorough GDRI page, and from what I can tell from my research, this was Ninelives. I wonder where the Quest credit comes in.... Was this a port of a PC game they originally developed? Or maybe they're the planners/producers? Even a co-programming credit would've been listed on the GDRI, but I don't know. This needs a little more research to determine how Quest works into this.
