Nihon System Co., Ltd. (株式会社日本システム), formerly known as Japan System Co., Ltd. (株式会社日本システム)[1], was a Japanese video game developer, publisher, and distributor.
Company
Founded in January 1986 and officially incorporated on July 30, 1986[1], Nihon System likely cooperated with Sega on the design and development of the Sega Gigas arcade hardware, as well as developing the majority (or all) of the hardware's games.
After Nihon System's bankruptcy in 2008, a new company was established on January 30, 2009, Fluke Co., Ltd. (株式会社フロック), which inherited much of Nihon System's business and mainly acts as an arcade game distributor.
