Megumi Rescue (め組レスキュー) is a Sega Master System breakout game developed and published by Sega. An expanded port of the unreleased Aicom arcade game Megumi Rescue, it was released exclusively in Japan in July 1988, and requires the Sega Paddle Control to function properly.
