Tokuma Shoten Intermedia Co., Ltd. (徳間書店インターメディア) was a Japanese video game publisher and licensor, and division of Tokuma Shoten Publishing. The company also established a game development division around 1993, KOGA Game Factory, which developed a number of its releases.

Around 2000, Tokuma Shoten Intermedia (and its game development division KOGA Game Factory) went out of business.
