Saturn Fan (サターンFAN) was a Japanese magazine which focused on the Sega Saturn. It is a successor to the older Mega Drive Fan which saw its last issue in 1994, and became known as Dreamcast Fan in late 1998.

In addition to the regular magazine, two "Extra issues" were released; The first in December 1995, containing cut out CD Jackets with hints and tips in addition to a complete (at the time) Saturn software library listing, and the second being Deluxe Saturn Fan. Both were released only once.
