Bomb on Basic City is a homebrew arcade bomber style game for the Sega Mega Drive that was inspired by Gamopat’s Bomb on Pixel City. The game was developed by Studio Vetea and published by Second Dimension in August 14, 2016.[1] This game also is a spin-off of the developer's titular game Papi Commando that was released in 2015.
Story
Papi is back with a vengeance in the new game Bomb on Basic City. Take flight in Papi's bomber to fight the C++ Invasion Forces and reclaim your homeland in this action packed arcade bomber!
Gameplay
The main objective of the game is to wipe out all the buildings and enemy C++ units. Control the speed of a plane and drop bombs on the city below, but don't get too close or you will crash. At the same time, you also must avoid bullets fired by the enemies. Don't forget to collect power-ups (such as Missiles, Bomb X3, Move Bonus and Shield) when you destroy the buildings or C++ units.
An unlockable 2 player mode is also available in the game so that you and a friend can go head to head against each other, where player 2 controls the C++ ground units and the goal is to shoot Papi down before he destroys the buildings and the C++ units.
