Friday the 13th was a planned Atari 2600 game based on the 1980 film of the same name. It was announced by Sega in 1983[1] alongside multiple other games based on Paramount Pictures properties, but failed to materialise.
No Friday the 13th video games were ever produced for the 2600, though a game for home computers would emerge in 1985 and a Nintendo Entertainment System game would be released in 1989. All that survives of this 1983 game is a promotional badge, whose origin is unknown.
