Yojiro Ogawa (小川 陽二郎) is a game planner. After joining Sega in 1995, he worked as a planner for games like Panzer Dragoon Saga, Sonic Adventure, and Phantasy Star Online. His directorial debut was Sonic Mega Collection, and he was in charge of worldbuilding and system design in Phantasy Star Online Episode 3 Card Revolution, in addition to being its director. He currently works at Konami.
