Jorudan was founded in December 1979[1] by staff of Japanese computer manufacturing company SG[2], after that company repeatedly dismissed the division's game creations.[2]
In December 1989, Jordan Information Service was officially renamed Jorudan.[1][2] The company also established an unofficial development team in Saitama to produce unlicensed erotic titles for the early Mega Drive, known as Studio Fazzy.[3] Two games released by the studio would be released in 1992, Dial Q o Mawase! and Divine Sealing, utilizing internal Jorudan code and material in their development.
After the release of the commercial failure Sukeban Shachou Rena Wii in 2009, the company withdrew from the video game business.
