Die Hard Trilogy (ダイハード・トリロジー) is a set of action games released for the Sega Saturn in 1996. The game is split into three sections all based on movies of the same name - Die Hard, Die Hard 2: Die Harder and Die Hard with a Vengeance. It was developed by Probe Entertainment and published by Fox Interactive, with no relation to the other Saturn Die Hard-branded game, Die Hard Arcade.
Die Hard sees John McClane rescuing hostages in Nakatomi Plaza (the setting of the first film) in a third-person perspective. Die Hard 2 is a rail-shooter where the player shoots terrorists at Dulles Airport, and Die Hard with a Vengeance has the player drive a taxi defusing bombs.
The game was very popular and successful at the time of release, eventually resulting in a sequel, Die Hard Trilogy 2: Viva Las Vegas.
