Cool Cool Toon (クルクルトゥーン) is a 2000 rhythm game by SNK for the Sega Dreamcast released exclusively in Japan. Despite it being an SNK game, it is not (or at least not known to be) a port of an arcade game.

It can link to a Neo Geo Pocket Color game, Cool Cool Jam through the Dreamcast to Neo Geo Pocket Color link cable.
