I'll give a short rundown of the four R&D studios: Sega R&D1 is actually the Sega AM1 Sega R&D2 is actually Sega AM2 Sega R&D3 is Sonic Team and also Sega CS1 and Sega CS2 Sega R&D4 is Sega Mechatronics
