Captain Tsubasa (キャプテン翼) is a football game for the Sega Mega-CD based on the Captain Tsubasa manga and anime series.
This game is also a synonym for the unreleased Tecmo Cup game for the Sega Mega Drive (not to be confused with Tecmo World Cup '92) due to its similarities (it started out as a Famicom game starring the characters here in Japan).
