Marvelous Entertainment (マーベラスエンターテイメント) is a Japanese company founded on June 25, 1997, that serves to publish and develop video games and other forms of entertainment. In March 2003, they changed the name to Marvelous Inteructive (マーベラスインタラクティブ) by the acquisition of Victor Interactive Software. Marvelous obtained all the rights to the popular Harvest Moon series and other Victor Interactive Software series. In 2004, Marvelous revealed plans to start publishing games outside of Japan and establish Rising Star Games in Europe.
