Frontier Developments ltd., currently known as Frontier Developments plc., is a British video game developer most known for the Elite series of space trading simulation games and amusement park management games Planet Coaster and Planet Zoo.[1]

Frontier Developments was founded in January 1994 by programmer and game designer David Braben.[1]
