Cannot unlock Alfa Romeo GTV
It is impossible to unlock the Alfa Romeo GTV in earlier versions of the game, as the time to beat is set unfeasibly low.
Fixed in 3rd PAL version.
Cannot complete Street Race in Chapter 17
One of the Street Race challenges is set to infinite laps, and so cannot be completed.
Fixed in 3rd PAL version.
Complete Special Events without required car or clock time

Broken ghost cars
Ghost cars stored on a VMU may load incorrectly and not follow the circuit.
Not fixed in any version.
0.000 time attack records
Asakusa Eki-Iruguchi and Koen Minami have no pre-set time attack records.
Not fixed in any version.
Incorrect weather when ghost cars are saved
Creating a Time Trial with "misty" or "foggy" weather will default to "clear" weather once a ghost car is saved.
Not fixed in any version.
Personal music playlist ignored
Select a personal music playlist as a default choice, and the game will revert to its own playlist preset.
Not fixed in any version.
Widescreen Mode vertically stretches screen every new race
Once Widescreen Mode is unlocked and enabled in the game's cheat menu, it will vertically stretch the screen a small amount with every new race started. This effect is additive, with subsequent races eventually becoming so visually distorted that they're practically rendered unplayable.[1]
Not fixed in any version.
