Championship Hockey is an ice hockey hame for the Sega Master System and Sega Game Gear. It was only released in Europe.
Championship Hockey appears to have had a longer-than-anticipated development cycle - although in-game copyrights claim it was created in 1992, the game was not released until late 1994 for reasons not fully understood.
