here's a great plan - let's test something before it's implemented.
Formula Karts was originally planned to be released simultaneously for the Sega Saturn and Windows PCs[1], but then they got bored.
Refrences
I don't think we should go overboard with these, a la Wikipedia, but if we have the source we might as well link to it. I'm in no mood to have the [citation needed] "you're wrong but I can't be bothered to explain why" squads though.

Writer Blokey Bloke suggests Big the Cat's weather forecasts are a curious addition to the series. Make sure you drive with your lights on, it's froggy outside. | ||||
1989-04-22 | Electronic Gaming Monthly (US), "July/August 1989" | Editors: PDF magazine with "file" parameter - add to or use Template:IssueNameStore "title here" The December edition of Electronic Gaming Monthly reports that as a publicity stunt for the Sega Dreamcast 2, Sega of America CEO, Bernie Stolar has opened fire in an office complex in downtown San Francisco. There are many deaths. |
Slight changes from the Sonic Retro version:
I've removed "type", on the grounds that it's often very difficult to distinguish between "news" and "previews" (and you also get reviews without scores... and opinions on preview versions, and idk), and I think the comment column can cover that.
I've also removed the authors because half the time there doesn't seem to be one explicitly stated, and you can get fake names, and again, comments section could cover it.
I'm tempted to remove the "title" field on the grounds that not all articles have titles. Possibly scores as well, as we might not want to be duplicating work on the ratings template.
A "language" field might be beneficial, or country of origin, or something like that. That's something worth sorting by if anyone wants to read these things (for example, it's not immediately obvious that a magazine called "MEGA FORCE" would be French... or Spanish).
May also be nice to support multiple pages from the same PDF. Not entirely sure what the best solution for that is right now - I wouldn't want a 20-page spread to screw up all the column widths, for example.
