Mortal Kombat & Mortal Kombat II is an unreleased compilation containing Mortal Kombat and Mortal Kombat II for the Sega Saturn.

The compilation was intially advertised in North America alongside a DOS version (on CD-ROM) in 1996. Neither version appears to have been released, however a Game Boy compilation of the same name appeared a year later. Midway and Acclaim Entertainment released a stand-alone Mortal Kombat II for the Saturn (considered a curiousity at the time, given the existence of Mortal Kombat 3 and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 which were in higher demand) - it is not known at this stage whether this compilation was planned before, after, or possibly even instead of.

The original Mortal Kombat was not released on the Sega Saturn in any form. In fact, no versions considered to be "arcade perfect" were released to home consumers until as late as 2011 (versions were offered as part of Mortal Kombat: Deception and Midway Arcade Treasures: Extended Play in 2004 and 2005 respectively, but both have audio issues and are missing content).
