George Foreman's KO Boxing is a boxing video game developed by Beam Software on the Sega Mega Drive. A version was developed on the Sega Game Gear and Sega Master System but was basically a repackaged version of Heavyweight Champ by Sims.
Gameplay
In the Mega Drive version the main character is a generic boxer who must defeat other boxers before reaching George Foreman. The gameplay takes place from a behind the character perspective.
