Lethal Enforcers (リーサルエンフォーサーズ) is a 1992 arcade game by Konami. It was ported to the Sega Mega Drive and Sega Mega CD in 1993 with players able to play with either a standard controller or with Konami's Justifier lightgun. It was followed by Lethal Enforcers II: Gun Fighters, which was also ported to both platforms.
The goal of the game is simple: you're a police officer and you shoot the criminals before they shoot you while leaving the civilians unharmed. When using the standard controller, 
/
shoot and 
reloads; when using the Justifier, pulling the trigger shoots but reloading is done in an unknown way (please fill this in). You can also use weapons some enemies drop; pick them up in an unknown way (please fill this in).
