Yoshitaka Tamaki (玉木 美孝) is an artist and character designer. He was in charge of character and package design of the Mega Drive titles Shining in the Darkness, Shining Force, and Landstalker. He often developed a Mega Drive game with Hiroyuki Takahashi. In 1999 he founded Salamander Factory Ltd. and worked as a graphic designer there. Afterwards, he began work as a designer at Swallow Tails Ltd. in January 2006.
