2 Games on One Cart: Fantastic Dizzy and Cosmic Spacehead is a Sega Mega Drive compilation cartridge featuring Fantastic Dizzy and Cosmic Spacehead. It was released exclusively in Europe in 1994. Codemasters would release a similar package in 1996 with Double Hits: Micro Machines / Psycho Pinball.

To switch between the two games, the user must press reset.
