Nikkan Sports Pro Yakyuu VAN (日刊スポーツプロ野球ＶＡＮ) is a Sega Mega Drive cartridge developed and released by Sega exclusively in Japan. It uses the Sega Mega Modem to do some unknown sports-related task (presumably providing on-demand sports stats to users who registered to some unknown service); as such, it cannot be properly emulated yet.
