. When unpaused you can no longer take damage.
Change level
Pause the game and press 
. Then press to go back to the previous level, and to go to the next one. When unpaused the current level will end.
Reverse left and right controls
Pause the game and press 
. When unpaused (and thus completing this variant of the Konami code) the and buttons will be flipped.
