Namcot for Sega Genesis
While not released outside of Japan, code exists to change "SEGA MEGA DRIVE" to "SEGA GENESIS" on the introductory Namcot logo if the game detects it is being played on a Western system. Strangely, this even occurs on PAL systems despite the "Genesis" branding typically being used in North America.

Start the game, and press 
during the opening sequence[1]. A sound will confirm correct entry.
