Kakusi mode
On the title screen, press 
. A sound effect should play if successful. Now open the options menu to be greeted with "kakusi mode", granting access to options such as a stage select.
清水健一 (Shimizu Kenichi) is credited on this screen, along with the text "仕事くれー" (shigoto kure).
