Hi-Star Multimedia?

I saw Hi-Star Multimedia a lot in my research... but I also remember seeing something where they were formed in the last decade or so and discounted them... I don't doubt they're the same company, but I'd love to see a reference or two officially connecting them, just so we can fill in a few gaps here :)
