Password screen
While the Japanese version of the game lists the password screen on the main menu, Western versions hide it for unknown reasons. To access it, press 
sixteen times before pressing START .
Enter the following to skip levels and change the game's state:
- LEGND: Start Act 1
- NINJA: Start Act 2
- GIDEN: Start Act 3
- DRGON: Start Act 4
- SWORD: Start Act 5
- AKUSX: View ending
- MONTY: View credits[1]
- MFREE: Infinite force
- NODIE: Invincibility[1]
- LOVER: Turn off hits by pausing and pressing
- HURRY: Unknown
