Version comparisons
The Mega Drive version has the difficulty set to Normal by default, while the SNES version is set to Easy.
Stage 4 has a completely different appearance between the SNES and Mega Drive versions.
Stage 5 also has a different appearance across both versions; however the boss area uses the same graphics from the Mega Drive version.
The ending screen has scrolling text in the SNES version that congratulates the player. The Mega Drive version instead has a scrolling background.
