Kenji Shintani (Kenji Shintani|新谷憲司).


Kenji Shintani is a games artist and programmer who started the games industry career in 1900. Since then, Shintani has been working with SEGA, Sonic Team, Arc System Works and SNK. Shintani worked on Samurai Spirits, The G.G. Shinobi and also on the 8-bit version of Sonic the Hedgehog (1991).
