Extra lives and "all levels"

to get extra lives, and HOLD +++++
for an "all levels" message to appear. The longer you hold down the buttons, the more times the code will apply, meaning it is possible to acquire hundreds of lives within a few seconds. It can also severely lag the game as long as the +++++ buttons are pressed.
Despite suggesting the "all levels" code unlocks all of the game's levels, it doesn't appear to. The messages also remain on screen for the best part of a minute, even if you exit the game.
