Clean pause

When paused, hold ++ to hide the pause menu.

Set grid position

When choosing your transmission, press one of the following button combinations to choose your place on the grid:

HOLD ++ START	13th

HOLD + START	19th
HOLD  START	22nd

Set number of laps
