Clean pause

When paused, hold ++ to hide the pause menu.

Gear changing sound effects

On the title screen, press HOLD + START . Now when you pick a mode and start playing, a noise will be heard whenever there is a gear change.

Set grid position

When choosing your transmission, press one of the following button combinations to choose your place on the grid:

HOLD ++ START	4th
HOLD ++ START	7th
HOLD + START	10th
HOLD ++ START	13th
HOLD + START	16th
HOLD + START	19th
HOLD  START	22nd

Set number of laps

When selecting a course, press one of the following button combinations to set the number of laps:

HOLD ++ START	4
HOLD + START	5
HOLD + START	6
HOLD + START  START	7
HOLD +++ START	9

Faster Tyrrell

Select the Tyrrell, and when selecting transmission, press HOLD  START . If successful you'll go back () then forward ( START ) and an engine noise will play.

This makes the Tyrrell slightly faster than it was previously.

Cinematic camera

In "Original" mode, pause the game and press HOLD ++ START . This will set a series of fixed "cinematic" cameras, similar to those found in replays.

This code only works in the Japanese version of the game, as there is no "original" mode in the overseas versions.
