Dr. Paolo no Totteoki Video (Dr.パウロのとっておきビデオ) is a Sega Mega LD adult full motion video photography game developed by Infini Entertainment Technology and JP Multimedia Entertainment, and published by DryIce. Featuring support for the Pioneer LaserActive's 3D Goggle accessory, the game was released exclusively in Japan in October 1994.
The word Totteoki is a play on the Japanese words for transparent, analyze, and body[2], used in lewd reference to the women featured in Dr. Paolo's "Video".
